All of our merchandises are in Brand New and Mint condition therefore once you hit the "but it now" button which means you have fully understand the product's functionality and condition.  Therefore we only accept return for the following conditions:
If you receive a different item than what was purchased.
If your order receive is damaged or defective.
Please contact us in no more than 7 days upon received of shipment.  You are required to send back the item for exchange.  We will send you replacement and credit of return shipping fee once your return package is received
Return for other reason is subjected to a 20% restocking fee and buyer is responsible for all return expenses, no exception!!
