RARE Steuben Vintage Iridescent Glass Crystal Fig Pear Decorated Jelly Jar & Lid

We believe this auction is for a vintage rare Steuben iridescent Aurene glass crystal fig/or pear decorated lidded jelly/jam jar or compote as shown in the pictures taken with and without flash. The lid and jar are composed of a beautiful light iridescent crystal glass. The top of the lid is either a pear or fig with beautiful coloring. This piece is not marked or signed as far as I can see. The overall condition has some slight issues: starting with the fig/pear it appears that one of the green stems at the end has broken off. Also the jar’s or compote’s rim edge opening has very tiny pin size nicks some in series and one with a very tiny line extending from it. Otherwise this piece still shows well and would make a great addition to anyone’s Stueben or vintage art glass collection. There are no other chips, cracks, hairlines or repairs not already previously mentioned. With the lid in place this piece measures just over 4 inches tall by just over 3 and three-quarter inches widest at base area. The lid measures slightly over 2 1/2 inches wide. The compote/jar itself measures around 3 1/4 inches tall. Please review all pictures carefully as they comprise part of the description.
Due to the amount of increasing claims going unpaid- I will now be forwarding the upaid item cases to Ebay within 2 days after auction end and yes it is allowed!!  For those of you who pay on time don't take this personally. Contact me if you know you will have a reason to delay payment.  No buyers from S. Korea or Brazil please- too many people not paying or following through with the transactions.

The shipping amount listed on this auction is only an estimate and the actual amount may be higher or lower than what is listed based on the size of the package and where you live.  I don't prebox and weigh the items ahead of time.  Also I charge a handling fee for bubble wrap and peanuts, etc. and it also covers insurance depending on how much is needed and this is reflected in your shipping cost on the invoice.  Please Pay invoice within two days of being received.
