RYOBI 3200 or ITEK 975
Change a blanket in about a minute with Quick Change Blanket Bars
Remove the blanket and existing bars from the press
EASY INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS
Attach the Quick Change Blanket Bars with the four bolts provided.
These bars are left on the blanket cylinder permanently.
Hook the blanket over the pins. Finger Tighten the center tension wheel. EASY!
Do envelopes give your trouble? Cut a blanket in half. There is more flex in the narrower blanket width
making it less likely to develop low spots. Add a sheet of 70# under the blanket
for the nicest tones and solids you ever saw!
Now changing a blanket is a joy instead of a job.
Are the screw threads stripped out on your blanket cylinder?
These blanket bars are permanently attached with provided bolts to unused bolt holes,
saving your blanket cylinder.
The pin spacing and number of pins is different for each press model
