Installation is NOT included.

SHIPPING POLICY - Delivered Packages
When you place an order we ship to the address you have specified with eBay. It is your responsibility to ensure you have a secure postal area to receive your package. We do NOT issue refunds or replacements for items that show 'Delivered' by the tracking systems. You must start a mail tampering investigation with your local USPS for any lost/misplaced packages that show delivered. We do not offer any further recourse for this issue, no exceptions.

If you receive a package and it is physically damaged, torn, or ripped open, etc; you must return it to your local USPS or refuse delivery. No exceptions.

We guarantee our kits to work perfectly out of the package; pre-installation only. Extensive testing is done prior to shipping of each item. If you have attempted to install or if the kit is physically damaged in any way; this warranty is voided. No warranty is expressed or implied once the kit has been installed or delivered for more than 10-days.
