    Description
    Vintage cast iron Acme trailer hitch receiver.   This fine piece has a tightening knob on the top that closes the clamp on the ball.
    Approximate Measurements
    The hitch is 9 1/2" long and 3" x 2 3/4" wide.

    Acme Mfg Co,  Kansas City Mo.  (along with patent numbers that date back to 1941) No 20 21
    Condition
    Good condition for its age with moderate surface rust and dents.   It appears to be covered in oil and/or grease.   The adjustment works fine.   See description above for further info on the condition.
