Good, vintage played with condition. Some normal scuffing and marks. Will need a more detailed cleaning in the corners. Sturdy and ready for more play. Comes with a few furniture accessories and some people: dad, boy, 3 girls, dog. The people have various levels of wear. Please see the pictures.
The pillars will be removed with a Phillips screwdriver for easier, less expensive shipping. You will need a Phillips screwdriver to put the pillars in upon arrival.
