These items are in good used clean condition. Items are all in working order, closet door/lock, sliding patio, cozy coupe and van. All items will has some nicks, marks, scratches, rubs and normal age/storage/play wear. Some items have age toning, table/crib/high chair/kitchen/toybox. The van has peeling around the edges of the panel stickers and many nicks/scratches. The people will have some missing face features because parts have rub off. The house is in good condition with some age toning, staining, fading and all other item wear listed above. Item will come disassembled and will require the placement of the slotted arches, door/steps and about 18 screws.
The item will be large and heavy. I find that UPS is the best shipper for large items. The shipping price reflects a pass along discount.
